Obviously 20megs is the limit for PFS' anti-fragmentation routine, but then
it probably doesnt matter if a 120meg file is fragmented in only 3 or 4
places, how bad is the fragmentation? If its split into hundreds of bits
then it probably would effect the read speed, but if its only spilt into a
few 20 meg bits then it will make virtually no difference.

What makes you think that's anything to do with fragmentation? Many factors
are involved in loading time, CPU speed, Drive interface (IDE or SCSI?).
Most amiga programs are quite small so they dont suffer from fragmentation
nearly as much as PC programs, as for Voyager the 20 secs is probably it
scanning the disk cache, try using a smaller one like 10-20 megs.
